Lightning is now TurboWeb?

FYI - Lightning now calls itself (its *application* name) TurboWeb, although, when it runs, it still identifies itself as Lightning. This inititally caused me no end of confusion trying to figure out how "Lightning" (now aka, TurboWeb) was to be updated.)

The program itself is indeed quick and has a very low memory/resource footprint.
